Pickalbatros Laguna Club Resort Sharm El Sheikh

One of the best hotels I have visited, all the staff were extremely cooperative especially the restaurant they care about every detail to achieve your comfort and happiness. And they smile at you. The life guard cares about your children more than me. The swimming pool water is warm and beautiful. The reception helped me a lot and gave me a bigger room for free. I thank everyone especially Mr. Peter House Clean he took great care of the cleanliness of the room and the children liked the shapes of the towels. Thank you all and we will meet again next vacation

All of the rooms exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, and every member of the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Mohamed Homos and Mr. Mostafa Magdy, whose consistent presence and attentive management made my stay even more comfortable. They were always available to ensure everything was going smoothly and to address even the smallest concerns. Throughout my stay, I never encountered any major issues. In fact, if I were to describe the level of professionalism and dedication shown by the entire team in detail, it would take me days. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this hotel—it truly sets a standard that would be hard to surpass.

Honestly last year I was in a different Pickalbatros and it was not good so this time, we said let’s give a chance and try this Laguna club, honestly the management are very professional and very kinds with us we arrived late the night 2:00 am morning and everything the welcoming was perfect, my kids really enjoyed we are very difficult and meticulously so if I need to compare for the money paid I can say it’s very good price to what we got. I want to that Mr. Mohamed the manager, Mr. Mostafa & Samir and especial thanks to Nader this guy was amazing from the first moment he saw till the end. I want to make some good mention to Ali who works in the colonies restaurant all the time smiling to us so thank you for all the time serving my family with a big smile!! The food was good in my last 3 night the first night was not that good then it was improved.

I had the pleasure of staying at Pickalbatros Laguna Club and I can confidently say it was one of the most outstanding holiday experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived until the very last day, everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a beautiful pool view room that was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every corner of the resort reflects care, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. What truly made our stay exceptional was the unmatched level of hospitality. A special thank you goes to Mr. Ahmed Adel from Management for his professionalism and kindness throughout our stay. At the restaurant, Mr. Samir always welcomed us with a warm smile and outstanding service, Kimo from the entertainment team made every day fun and memorable with his energy and creativity, Farag at the lobby bar for always serving with a smile and great attitude, and the lifeguards, who were always attentive and friendly, making us feel safe and relaxed at all times. To all the wonderful staff — including those whose names I couldn’t remember — thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay truly amazing! A truly unforgettable highlight was how the staff helped us celebrate my daughter’s birthday. They went above and beyond by organizing a complimentary dinner and surprising us with a delicious cake and a lovely celebration. It meant the world to us, and it’s a memory we’ll cherish forever. Though it was our first visit, we’re already planning to return. Pickalbatros Laguna Club is more than a resort – it’s a place where guests are treated like family. The hotel is very nice located, you have stores nearby, the staff are amazingly friendly!! I never saw such pleasant hospitality, the rooms are well clean and large, more than enough storage spaces, the beds were very large and comfortable!! thanks to the animation team, they are super friendly and cheerful with respectful part of this hotel being adult, meaning more calm. The thing requires improvement is food, especially breakfast. It needs move variety, fresh made daily, I felt was lacking. Big thanks to the reception staff and their manager for accommodate our requests with room near the pool due to my mother health condition with her knee, they understood what we needed. Special thanks to Ahmed Adel, he was incredible helpful and polite, also Samir for being helpful and super friendly, also amazing Thanks Mohamed Ghaly for accepting early access and giving us room as was requested. The pools were great to be round so calm, I needed that relax time and this hotel has that. Thanks to all the staff, including the bar staff and waiter Mohamed and cleaning team, life guards, they are super careful and keeping an eye on all the children, it was assuring to me as mother. This hotel worth to come back to if I see improvement in food quality.
